Are there hidden costs I should be aware of ?

We’ll provide you with a comprehensive and transparent quote based on the information you provide to us . After this, there will be absolutely no hidden charges or additional costs. Our prices are VAT inclusive and because we’re fully insured against damage, you’ll never be financially responsible for any mistakes we make.

Can I trust you to complete the work to a high standard?

We are a well-established cleaning agency and have earned many 5-star reviews from customers across London. We conduct frequent spot-checks across all our cleaning teams, so you can trust us to deliver a consistently exceptional service across the whole of London.

What happens if you accidentally damage my property?

We are fully insured against both accidental damage and injury. This means, if we break anything, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

We are fully insured for claims up to £10,000,000, this includes public and products liability, employer’s liability and loss of keys.

How quickly can I arrange end-of-tenancy cleaning?

If you’re in a rush, we can usually arrange for one of our professional cleaning teams to be at your property within 24-48 hours. Please call us today to arrange your end of tenancy clean.

What if I am not happy with the cleaning services provided?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

It’s extremely rare for clients to be dissatisfied because we make your satisfaction our priority. However, if you are not happy with the cleanliness of the property contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to fully resolve the issue.

Do I have to stay in the building whiles you clean?

If you’re unable to stay at the property, this will not be a problem. Once our cleaners have accessed the building, they can get to work on your comprehensive clean. If you wish, we can call you when they’ve finished, so you can return to inspect the property. Alternatively, the cleaning team can safely let themselves out, allowing you to return to the property at your own convenience.

Do you bring your own cleaning products and tools?

Yes, we provide our own products and tools. As a responsible cleaning company, we choose to use only eco-friendly cleaning products. As well as being sustainable, we find these mild yet effective cleaning products to provide the best quality finish for our clients.

Our cleaning materials can be left on site or if you wish it can be taken to the site on the days in which the cleaning takes place. In the proposal there will also be a full breakdown and price list for our consumable items. Please note: we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on-hand.

Are there any restrictions to what the cleaners can?

There are a few restrictions you should bear in mind. The cleaner will not perform any deep or specialised cleaning on any antique, delicate or valuable items. Also balconies, walls and window cleaning are excluded from the cleaning services. Windows will only be cleaned on the inside.

What about Pets ?

We are comfortable working around pets and usually, this does not cause any problems. We kindly ask you to consider whether your pet will become nervous or agitated with cleaners around. If you think this might be the case, we’d recommend taking them for a walk, or placing them in another part of the property or grounds whilst we clean.

Are your Cleaners professionals?

We select highly experienced cleaners from across London to work for us. We conduct full CRB checks on all staff to confirm reliability and trustworthiness. Before attending any cleaning jobs, all our cleaners receive comprehensive in-house training to ensure they’re able to deliver our exceptionally high standards of cleaning. Because we’re highly selective in deciding who works for us, we guarantee our cleaners will always treat your property, time and money with the utmost respect.

How long will it take to find a cleaner?

We usually require 2 days’ notice in order to provide a suitable cleaner for the requested day and time.

Will my Cleaner arrive at the time I book?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

Do you work at weekends/overnight?

We aim to provide our customers with a first class service which in our opinion includes being available to work at times which suit your requirements. We are therefore available to work at weekends and overnight if required by prior agreement with you.

How many cleaners do you send?

Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

When am I charged for the service?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

How do I pay for the cleaning services?

We accept bank transfers and debit or credit card payments. If you intend to pay by bank transfer, please note we will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. If you decide to cancel the service, your deposit is fully refundable – as long as you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Do you have a minimum call out fee/charge?

Yes, our minimum charge is £45.00

How much do you charge?

Our charges are based on the total amount of time and materials we expect to require to complete the job which will include factors such as the floor area to be cleaned, amount of furniture present and staining/stain removal treatments or special requirements.

We can typically agree a price with our customers before attending your premises although for some types of work a site survey/visit may be required. For typical examples of our prices please visit our prices page.

We don’t like to offer a standardised price as every building and company has different requirements. Our competitive prices are tailored to your needs so that you don’t pay for anything you don’t need.

Have you any other concerns about our cleaning services?

Most clients have certain concerns when it comes to hiring a new cleaner. You may wonder if it is safe to let a new person in your home, you may worry of you can grant the cleaner with a set of keys for your place, as well as if it is safe to leave a cleaner in your home whilst you are at work.
